VILLAGE OF TARRYTOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Tarrytown will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building, One Depot Plaza, Tarrytown, New York, to hear an application by: Matthew Cordone Architect, PLLC 92 North Broadway Irvington, NY 10533 On behalf of Henry Cabral for referral of a Zoning Text Petition for residential units above restaurants mapped within the Village’s Main Street Historic District and Site Plan Approval for the proposed addition of (2) residential units with enlargement of the existing restaurant in the RR-Restricted Retail Zoning District. The property is located at 27 Main Street, Tarrytown, NY and is shown on the tax maps as Sheet 1.40, Block 17, Lot 20 and is in the RR-Restricted Retail Zoning District. Documents are available for inspection in the Planning and Zoning Office. All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. Access to the meeting room is available to the elderly and the handicapped. Signing is available for the hearing-impaired; request must be made to the Village Clerk at least one week in advance of the meeting.
