TOWN OF SHAWANGUNK PUBLIC NOTICE Public Hearing Notice Town of Shawangunk, NY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law and the Zoning Law of the Town of Shawangunk, as amended, the following Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Shawangunk, County of Ulster, State of New York on "Tuesday", May 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter as the matters can be heard at the Town office Building, 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill, New York, for the purpose of considering the following applications and for the conducting of any other business that may come before the board: Public Hearing: Proposed Application of - The Little Store (Applicant No: 2026-01): SBL: (99.2-1-32) Proposed neighborhood deli and retail store use of Property at 2630 New Prospect Road, Town of Shawangunk, Zoning District: AE and Pine Bush Central School District. The property is 1.25 acres with an existing mixed-use building. No other proposed changes to the building or footprint and no other structures are proposed. The application and plans will be available at the Planning Board Office at the Town Office Building during working hours Monday - Friday 9:00-4:00pm ten days prior to the Public Hearing. Any interested person may file with the Planning Board a written statement in lieu of or in addition to any remarks to be presented at the hearing. Such statements shall be signed and presented to the Planning Board Secretary prior to or at the hearing at the Town Office Building, 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill, New York or email planning@shawangunk.org. All parties and citizens of interest will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect of the proposed applications but the Planning Board reserves the right to limit time for presentation to maximum of five minutes.
