NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

OF THE WALLKILL VALLEY BANCORP MHC




Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Members of the above-named Association will be held at the home office of the Association located at 23 Wallkill Avenue, Wallkill, NY 12589, on the 20th day of May 2026, at the hour of 4:45 PM of said day. Business to be taken up at said Annual Meeting shall include the following matters:




> 1.) Considering and voting upon approval of minutes of the last members meeting;

2.) Considering and voting upon the Reports of the Officers and Committees of the Association;

3.) Considering and acting upon ratification of the acts of the Directors and Officers of the Association;

4.) Election of Directors;

5.) To consider and vote upon any other matters that may lawfully come before the meeting.





The members entitled to vote at the Meeting shall be those members of the Association at the close of business on March 31, 2026, who continue as members until the Meeting, and should the Meeting be, from time to time, adjourned to a later time, until the final adjournment thereof.
