Notice of Public Hearing Town of Wayland Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wayland, NY will hold a Public Hearing on April 27, 2026 at 6:00pm in the Wayland Town Hall, 110 North Main Street, Wayland, NY for an Area Variance to the Land Use Local Law #1 of 2022 for the property owned by Daniel Charles Daley Revocable Living Trust, located at 59 & 60 East Lake Road, town of Wayland. According to the building plans submitted by the above-named applicant, the new house does not comply with the 25' set back and the 50' from the center of the road.
