ESSEX COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Town of Westport, Essex County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 22 Champlain Ave, Westport, New York, on April 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The hearing will address the application submitted by High Peaks Enterprises, LLC, DoVe Farm, 7103 Rt. 9N, Tax Map #66.1-1-2.210 for two lot subdivision to create two lots. The current parcel is 58.84 ± total acres. Proposed LOT 1 being 22.50± acres is improved and has well and septic. Proposed LOT 2 being 36.34± acres. There is existing access to both proposed lots. At said public hearing the Planning Board will hear all persons interested in the subject matter thereof.
