Public Notice Public Notice Fact Sheet The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan from MLK Developers LLC, for a site known as 80Main Street, site ID #C360272. This site is located in the City of White Plains, within the County of Westchester, and is located at 80 Main Street. Comments regarding this application must be submitted no later than May 29, 2026.
