BANK RUN GRAVEL, SCREENED GRAVEL, SCREENED SAND, CRUSHED GRAVEL, AND COBBLES HAULING ONLY (STOCKPILE & MAINTENANCE) 2.) BANK RUN GRAVEL, SCREENED GRAVEL, SCREENED SAND, CRUSHED GRAVEL, AND COBBLES HAULING ONLY (PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS) *Prevailing Wage must be paid. 3.) CRUSHER RUN HAULING ONLY (STOCKPILE & MAINTENANCE) 4.) CRUSHER RUN HAULING ONLY (PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS) *Prevailing Wage must be paid 5.)
