Buffalo State University Notice to Bidders The State University of New York, Buffalo State University, will receive sealed bids for project number 031088 titled Replace data wiring & electrical panels Cleveland Hall. Bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00am local time on April 22, at Clinton Center 109B. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to Attn: Carrie Pavis, Clinton Center, room 225, Buffalo State University, 1300 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo NY 14222. Proposals that are mailed should be sent “Return Receipt Requested”. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 380 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed Refer to the contract documents, Project Manual, Division 1 – General Requirements for additional scheduling information regarding dates for onsite construction mobilization and completion. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at Construction Industry Employers Association (Construction Exchange of Buffalo & WNY, Inc.), 2660 William St., Buffalo, NY 14227 Complete sets of Bidding and Contract Documents for bidding may be purchased from The Copy Store at https://buffalocopyplanroom.com, tel. (716) 847-6400. A Pre-bid conference and site inspection will be held at Buffalo State University on April 8th at 11:00am local time with all contractors assembled at Cleveland Hall. Failure to attend will not be grounds for extra compensation due to field conditions encountered on this project. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process. Failure to adhere to this provision may result in the disqualification under the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act.
