BID NOTICE Village of Cazenovia Bid Notice Mill Street Dam Removal Proposals must be received via sealed bids mailed to the attention of the Village Clerk, Village of Cazenovia, 90 Albany Street, Cazenovia NY 13035 and must be postmarked no later than 4:0PM EST, April 24, 2026. 1. Proposal Format and Required Information The following are requirements for proposals submitted in response to this RFP. Electronic submittals that will print well in black and white are acceptable, as are hard copies, unbound, in black and white. Proposals must include: a. Qualifications of the firm and staff. b. List of staff that would be assigned to the project, their qualifications, and the amount of time each would commit to the project. c. Documented experience with 1-2 dam removal and stream restoration projects that the firm has completed, with references including contact information. d. An amended scope of work based on this RFP, that the firm believes or recommends would be necessary to improve the outcomes of the project. e. The time schedule, quantified by the number of days after the project is started, that the firm would follow to complete the project. f. Detailed cost proposal with a budget showing costs itemized by task. 2. Contingency The Village of Cazenovia reserves the right reject all responses and to postpone or cancel this project.
