BID NOTICE VILLAGE OF CAZENOVIA NOTICE TO BIDDERS Pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, State of New York, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Village of Cazenovia Board of Trustees is accepting sealed bids for one (1) new 2026 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck, Dodge Ram 1500 Double Cab, or equivalent. Minimum specifications include a minimum 3.6L V6 or larger gas engine, 4WD, minimum 8-speed automatic transmission, minimum 6 1/2' bed, anti-slip rear differential, hands free phone connection, and trailering package. Sealed bids must be clearly marked "Village of Cazenovia ½ Ton 4x4 Pickup Truck Bid" and received no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 19, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids may be submitted in person or by mail to the Village Clerk, Village of Cazenovia, 90 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY 13035. All bidders must include a completed bid form and a Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate. Bid documents are available from the Village Clerk's Office, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The owner is exempt from the payment of sales and compensating use taxes of the State of New York, as well as those of cities and counties, and such taxes should not be included in the bid. Questions regarding procurement or bidding should be directed to Greg Stowell, Village Administrator, at admin@villageofcazenoviany.gov or (315) 655-3041. The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities deemed in the best interest of the Village of Cazenovia.
