LIVINGSTON COUNTY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Village of Geneseo Geneseo, New York Second Street – Oak Street, Rebuild and Rehabilitation Village of Geneseo (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Second Street – Oak Street, Rebuild and Rehabilitation Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Village Clerk’s Office located at Village Hall, 119 Main St Geneseo NY 14454 , until MARCH 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project includes the following Work for a Base Bid: Full depth reconstruction of Second Street and Oak Street including new cast-in-place curb and underdrain. Replacement and/or improvement of existing water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer services. Removal and replacement of sidewalks at intersections where indicated on the project drawings to meet the current ADA standards. Crosswalk striping and street sign replacement. NYSDOT Specifications are referenced for materials and placement requirements. Prospective bidders should note that certain components of project work shall be included in the various bid items of the contract. Add-alternates may be considered for this project and are listed in the bid documents. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Second Street – Oak Street, Rebuild and Rehabilitation Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Village of Geneseo - Village Clerk Office 119 Main St, Geneseo NY 14454 Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. If shipping is requested, the Contractor to provide the City with FedEx or UPS account information. Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, electronic documents on USB flash drive will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery service.
