ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID

TOWN OF MARLBOROUGH

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Marlborough, Ulster County, New York, sealed bids for the purchase of the following fuels will be received by mail or in person at the Office of the Town Clerk, 21 Milton Turnpike, P.O. Box 305, Milton, New York, 12547 until 2:00 p.m. on April 16, 2026 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.

ITEM #1 – PROPANE

ITEM #2 – HEATING FUEL

Bids must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope to the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and labeled “SEALED BID-DO NOT OPEN” along with the bid item. ALL HEATING FUEL BIDDERS are directed to quote the MARKUP OVER THE JOURNALOF COMMERCE ALBANY RESELLER TANK CAR AVERAGE posted on Monday of the week of delivery. ALL PROPANE BIDDERS are directed to quote the MARKUP OVER THE SELKIRK, NEW YORK POSTING posted on the Monday of the week of delivery. All postings appear

weekly in the BPN’S WEEKLY PROPANE NEWSLETTER.

Signed statements of non-collusion must accompany all bids. Non-Collusive Bidding Certificates are available at the Office of the Town Clerk and on the Town of Marlborough website, www.townofmarlboroughnygov.

The contract for the purchase of the above items will be awarded by the Town Board to the lowest responsible bidder. In the case of identical bids as to the price, the Town may award the bid to either of such bidders. The Town of Marlborough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and advertise for new bids in its discretion.
