TOWN OF MARLBOROUGH BID NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID TOWN OF MARLBOROUGH PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, pursuant to a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Marlborough, Ulster County, New York, sealed bids will be received by mail orin person for the purchase of the following items at the Office of the Town Clerk,21 Milton Turnpike, P.O. Box 305, Milton, New York, 12547, until 2:00 p.m. on April16, 2026 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. ITEM # 1 – Material Hauling - 10- wheel dump truck (per hour) - Tri- axle dump truck (per hour) - Tri-axle dump trailer (per hour) - Quad-axle trailer (per hour) This bid is for hauling road materials from designated locations to Highway Garage or to a location designated by Highway Superintendent within the Town of Marlborough. Bids must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope to the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and labeled “SEALED BID-DO NOT OPEN” along with the bid item. Signed statements of non-collusion must accompany all bids. Bid specification sheets for material hauling are available at the Office of the Town Clerk and on the Town of Marlborough website, www.townofmarlboroughny.gov. The contract for the purchase of the above item will be awarded by the Town Board to the lowest responsible bidder. In the case of identical bids as to the price, the Town may award the bid to either of such bidders.
