SUFFOLK COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals for the construction of the Rehabilitate Runway 7-25 Contract will be received at the Town Clerk’s Office, 53095 Route 25, Southold, New York 11971, until 2:00 P.M., local time, March 26, 2026, and there, at said office, at said time, publicly opened and read aloud. The Contract Documents (consisting of the Advertisement, the Proposal, the Contract Form, and the Specifications) and the Contract Drawings may be obtained only by downloading the documents from a OneDrive sharepoint site. Access can be obtained by contacting John Frazee of C&S Engineers, Inc. at jfrazee@cscos.com [jfrazee@cscos.com] where the Contractor’s name, contact name, address, telephone number, and email address will be recorded on the plan holders list. There is no charge to download the contract documents and contract drawings. Submitted proposals that were not recorded on the plan holders list shall be considered non-responsive. The property is located at the Elizabeth Field Airport, Fishers Island, New York, 06390. Bidders interested in conducting a site visit must contact David McCall, Assistant Airport Manager, Fishers Island Ferry District (Phone: (631) 788-7463, ext. 201) at least 48-hours in advance to coordinate. The Southold Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any and all informalities in any bid should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town of Southold to do so.
