LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE TO BIDDERS




Westfield Central School District, Chautauqua County, New York, invites sealed separate bids for the following Service:




“Pressure Relief Valves – Boiler – For full detail of the work that needs to be completed please contact the phone number below in advance of the bid opening date – June install”




Sealed bids will be received on or before April 16th, 2026, not later than 1:00 P.M. of said

day, at the office of the District Clerk, Board of Education, Westfield Central School, Westfield,

New York, and will be publicly opened and read at such time and place.

Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with the name of the service from above. The requirements and specifications for all said items may be examined and copies thereof obtained at the office of the District Clerk, Board of Education, in the Village of Westfield, New York, on any school day between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. Any questions, please contact Josh Melquist, School Business Executive, at 716-326-2151 ext. 312. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities in, negotiate or to reject any or all bids.
