WPCF/WATER DEPARTMENT ANNUAL SUPPLIES




The WPCF/Water Department of the Village of Westfield, Westfield, New York will accept bids for “Annual Supplies” for the period of June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. Bid specifications are available in the Village Clerk’s office at the Eason Hall, 23 Elm Street, Westfield, NY.




Bids will be accepted until 11:00 A.M., April 27, 2026 in the North Room of the Eason Hall, 23 Elm Street, Westfield, N.Y. 14787 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.




NO FACSIMILES WILL BE ACCEPTED.




All bids shall be sealed and plainly marked 

“BID FOR ANNUAL SUPPLIES, TO BE OPENED, MONDAY, APRIL 27, 2026, AT 11:00 A.M."




A Statement of Compliance with Section 103a and 103d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York must be part of any bid submitted. Proposals shall be submitted only by using the “Proposal” forms furnished with this bid package.




The Village of Westfield reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids, the right to waive any informalities, the right to permit exceptions deemed not to be of substance, and the right to accept any bid which the Village deems to represent the prudent and economical expenditure of the public monies for the benefit of the Village’s inhabitants by securing the maximum quality at the lowest possible cost without notification to the Bidders or reason for rejection. NO SURCHARGES OR EXTRA FEES may be added once the bid has been accepted.
