Public Hearing Notice VILLAGE OF WESTFIELD PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING LEGAL NOTICE Notice Is hereby given that the Village of Westfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at 4 o’clock PM in the North Room of Eason Hall, 23 Elm Street, Westfield, Chautauqua County, NY 14787. The meeting is to consider a Special Use Permit (SUP) Application filed by Karen Freeman of 131 Academy St., Westfield, NY 14787, (SBL 193.18-1-4) to raise chickens in a coop at the same property location. The property is in the Residential (AR-1) Zoning District of the Village of Westfield. All citizens with an interest will have the opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend, comments may be emailed to info@villageofwestfield.org. You may also mail or drop off your comments to the Office of the Village Clerk, 23 Elm Street, Eason Hall, Westfield, NY 14787 no later than Monday April 13th, 2026, at 3:30PM.
