NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING




PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Westfield at 7:25 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 23 Elm Street, Westfield, New York, regarding the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2026, which would extend the Town’s moratorium on commercial battery energy storage systems for one (1) year.




Any resident of the Town of Westfield is entitled to be heard upon the proposed local law at such hearing. A copy of the proposed local law is available for review at the Town Office, 23 Elm Street, Westfield, New York 14787.
