Legal Notices NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF WESTFIELD BOARD OF TRUSTEES UNSAFE BULDING LAW Pursuant to chapter 74 (Unsafe Building Law) of the Village of Westfield Code, notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 17th, 2026, at 6:30pm in the North Room of Eason Hall, 23 Elm Street, Westfield, Chautauqua County, New York, 14787. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a report of unsafe building(s) or structure(s) with a request to condemn and/or demolish the said property owned by the Estate of Edwin Kennedy, in c/o Christine Setari. The property in disrepair is located at 55 Union Street, Westfield, Chautauqua County, New York, 14787 Tax Map ID# 193.17-4-61. The hearing date was established by a majority vote of the Village Board of Trustees at their regular meeting held on December 15th, 2025. In the event that the owner, occupant or other person having an interest in the aforementioned property shall fail to contest such order and fail to comply with the same, the Village Board may order the repair or removal of such building or structure(s) by the Village and that the Village will assess all costs and expenses incurred in such repair or removal against the land on which such building or structure is located.
