NOTICE OF TENATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL COMPLETION Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the City of Middletown, County of Orange, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year. A copy is on file in the Assessor’s Office at 16 James Street, Middletown, NY, where it may be seen during business hours, through the fourth Tuesday in May. The Assessor will be available the following dates, by appointment only: May 2, 2026 from 8am to 12pm May 5, 2026 from 8am to 12pm May 11, 2026 from 6pm to 8pm May 19, 2026 from 8am to 12pm Call 845-346-4141 between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm to schedule an appointment. The Board of Assessment Review will meet May 26, 2026 between the hours of 4 pm and 8 pm at City Hall, 16 James Street, Middletown NY to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
