Jian Hu, seeking an approval for addition/alterations to the building known as 1 1-31 Fulton Street, Middletown, NY, Section 35, Block 1, Lot 8.2. 44 James Street LLC seeking an approval for addition/alterations to the building known as 44 James Street, Middletown, NY, Section 31, Block 12, Lot 10.22 For any person unable to participate at the time of the public hearing you may view the proposed project details via our website https://www.middletownny.gov/223/Architectural-Review-Board.
