NOTICE CONCERNING THE EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT INVENTORY & VALUATION DATA (Pursuant to Sec.501 of R.P.T.L) Notice is hereby given that assessment inventory and valuation data is available for examination and review. This data is the information which will be used to establish the assessment, of each parcel located in the Town of Wallkill, which will appear on the Tentative Assessment Roll, which will be filed ON OR BEFORE MAY 1st, 2026. The information may be reviewed, by appointment, in the Town of Wallkill Assessor’s Office, located at 99 Tower Drive, Building A, Middletown, NY, Monday through Friday, between 10 am & 12 pm .
