TOWN OF WALLKILL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE TOWN PROCUREMENT POLICY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Wallkill, New York, a local law entitled “A Local Law of the Town of Wallkill entitled ‘Local Law Amending the Town Procurement Policy’.” PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Wallkill on February 26, 2026 at 7:25 p.m. at Wallkill Town Hall, 99 Tower Drive, Building A, Middletown, New York to consider the adoption of the aforesaid introductory Local Law. Any resident of the Town of Wallkill is entitled to be heard upon said Introductory Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available online at www.townofwallkill.com and hard copies are available for review at: Wallkill Town Hall 99 Tower Drive - Bldg.
