TOWN OF WALLKILL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE TOWN’S CODE TO ENACT A NEW CHAPTER 16 TO THE TOWN CODE ENTTLED "TERM LIMITS" NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Wallkill, New York, a local law entitled "TERM LIMITS." PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Wallkill on April 23, 2026 at 7:25 p.m. at Wallkill Town Hall, 99 Tower Drive, Building A, Middletown, New York to consider the adoption of the aforesaid introductory Local Law. Any resident of the Town of Wallkill is entitled to be heard upon said Introductory Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available online at www.townofwallkill.com and hard copies are available for review at: Wallkill Town Hall 99 Tower Drive - Bldg.
