NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Sect. 506 & 1526 of R.P.T.L.) HEARING THE COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessor’s Office of the Town of Wallkill, County of Orange, has completed the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL for the current year and that a copy will be in the Assessor’s Office and in the Town Clerk’s Office at 99 Tower Drive-Building A, Middletown, NY, where it may be seen and examined by any interested parties, on and until Tuesday, May 26th, 2026. The Assessment Office will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll: Thursday, May 7th, 2026 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Saturday, May 9th, 2026 9:30 am – 12:30 pm Monday May 11th, 2026 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Tuesday May 12th, 2026 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday, May 18th, 2026 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm You may also mail any formal complaints to: The Town of Wallkill Assessor’s Office c/o Board of Assessment Review, 99 Tower Dr., Building A, Middletown NY 10941.
