CITY OF PANAMA CITY BEACH ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FRANK BROWN PARK PICKLEBALL COURTS This project includes the construction of the Frank Brown Park - Pickleball Courts facility located in Panama City Beach, Florida. This development shall consist of a covered and uncovered pickleball courts, restroom facility, stormwater facility, water, sanitary sewer, and all associated supporting infrastructure. Currently, the site is located at the southern end of Frank Brown Park. The pickleball courts project area within Frank Brown Park is approximately 1.485 acres. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. The bid must conform to Section 287-133(3) Florida Statues, with respect to Public entity Crimes. The City of Panama City Beach (City) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of 45 days after opening. Each bidder must comply with all applicable state and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of contractors doing business in Florida. BIDDERS must submit all questions, if any, in writing by 12:00 PM CDT, NOON on March 6, 2026. If necessary, questions will be answered as ADDENDA and will be issued to the Contract Documents and posted on the Citys website.
