The administration of the estate of PATRICIA ZIGLER BLACKMON, deceased, whose date of death was November 26, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is PO Box 3360, Tampa, FL 33601.
