NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of January, 2026, and entered in Case No. 05-2025-CA-028247-XXCA-BC, of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and KEVIN PAUL VALENTE, TILLMAN LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A CHAPARRAL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., AND SHELBY BETH ANN VALENTE are defendants. Rachel M. Sadoff as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Brevard Room at the Brevard County Government Center - North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Titusville, FL 32796 at 11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of February, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: Lot 50, in Block I, of CHAPARRAL P.U.D. PHASE THREE A, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 44, of the Public Records of Brevard County, Florida. IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
