CALL FOR BIDS THE UTILITY BOARD OF THE CITY OF KEY WEST, FLORIDA, (the Utility Board), operator of Keys Energy Services (KEYS), hereby gives notice to prospective bidders that sealed proposals will be received electronically by KEYS until 10:00 A.M. (Local Time) on Friday, February 13, 2026, for the following: KEYS BID 01-26 SPECIFICATIONS FOR PURCHASE OF 145KV TRANSMISSION BREAKERS The Utility Board has authorized the use of VendorLink and DemandStar systems to provide current bid information to potential bidders. These systems allow vendors to receive bid notifications and access solicitations documents at their convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bid specifications and related documents may be obtained from their websites at www.myVendorlink.com or www.DemandStar.com. Registered vendors will be notified automatically of all Requests for Proposals issued by KEYS.
