(Local Time) on Friday, February 20, 2026, for the following: KEYS BID 04-26 SPECIFICATIONS FOR ELECTRICAL INSULATING OIL TESTING The Utility Board has authorized the use of VendorLink and DemandStar systems to provide current bid information to potential bidders. These systems allow vendors to receive bid notifications and access solicitations documents at their convenience, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
