NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TAX DEED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the holder(s) of Certificate number 3766-23 of the sale of 2023 has (have) filed said Certificate for a TaxDeed to be issued thereon. The name(s) of the holder(s) of said Certificate, the description of the property, the name(s) in which it is assessed are as follows: NAME(S) OF CERTIFICATE HOLDER(S): BEAMIF A LLC LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY: LOT 17, BLOCK 45, OAK RIDGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA NAMES IN WHICH ASSESSED: ENOL ESTILUS All of said property being in the County of Levy, State of Florida. Unless such Certificate shall be redeemed according to law, the property described in such Certificate will be sold to the highest bidder in the Levy County Government Center Auditorium on the 9th day of March, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
