The name(s) of the holder(s) of said Certificate, the description of the property, the name(s) in which it is assessed are as follows: NAME(S) OF CERTIFICATE HOLDER(S): BEAMIF A LLC LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY: LOT 18, BLOCK 45, OAK RIDGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA. NAMES IN WHICH ASSESSED: ENOL ESTILUS All of said property being in the County of Levy, State of Florida.
