Kelley, deceased, whose date of death was September 26, 2025,is pending in the Circuit Court for Flagler, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Bldg.1, Bunnell, FL 32110. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
