Notice is given that under an Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2023 and Order Setting/Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated January 25, 2026 in Case No. CACE-22-011977 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, in which 1200 SE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and Luis Ramon Machado Cardenas and Maria Alexandra Anania Zubillaga, together with All Unknown Heirs, Spouses, Devises, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or Claimants, as the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.broward.realforeclose.com, at
10:00 a.m. March 4, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 6 in Block 9 of C.J. Hectors Re-Subdivision of Rio Vista, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 24, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida; said lands situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida.
Pursuant to F.S. 45.031(2)(f), any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
