NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 7, 2026 and entered in Case No. CACE-25-005799, of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for BROWARD County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ANNA M. PENSO, DECEASED; JOHN TORRES-BARONE; STEVEN AUGUST PENSO; JOHN ANTHONY PENSO; RICHARD PENSO A/K/A RICHARD JAMES ROGERS; SUSAN ANN MARSEE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CACHE' HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA; are defendants. Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Parcel "A"; running thence North 24 degrees 08' 29" West along the Easterly line of said Parcel "A", a distance of 200.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 21' 31" East along the Easterly line of said Parcel "A", a distance of 57.54 feet; thence North 89 degrees 38' 29" West, a distance of 10.10 feet to the Point of Beginning of this unit; thence North 89 degrees 38' 29" West a distance of 104.90 feet; thence North 00 degrees 21' 31" East, a distance of 27.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 38' 29" East, a distance of 104.90 feet; thence South 00 degrees 21' 31" West, a distance of 27.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
