NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN that Out O Space Storage intends to sell the personal property described below to enforce a lien imposed on said property under The Florida Self Storage Facility Act Status ( Section 83.801-83.809). The undersigned will sell the contents at public sale by competitive bidding on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 9:30 am., at 1605 East Alfred Street, Tavares, Florida, 32778, of the following units containing, gym equipment , misc. Items and household goods. UNIT# 2007, Sharlene Sheffield Purchases must be paid for at the time of sale in CASH only. All purchased items sold as is and must be removed at the time of sale. Sale subject to cancellation in the event of payment in full between owner and tenant by the Date and time. Publication Dates: January 28th & February 4th, 2026.
