Nuisance Abatement Municipal Court Franklin County, Ohio Case No. 2025 EVH 60234-City of Columbus, Ohio, Plaintiff vs. Real Property 1311-1315 Hildreth Ave., et al., Defendants Richard Suel, Deceased, whose last known address is 2892 Barrows Road, Columbus, Ohio 43232 and Heirs or Devisees of Richard Suet, Decedent, whose last known address is 641o Busch Boulevard, Apt. 485, Columbus, Ohio 43229 but whose current addresses are unknown, are hereby notified that a complaint was filed In the Franklin County Municipal Court, 375 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215 alleging that Richard Suet, Deceased and Heirs or Devisees of Richard Suel, Decedent are the owners of the premises known as 1311- 1315 Hildreth Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43203, parcel number 010-021687-00; that said premises is a public nuisance; wherefore Plaintiff demands that the premises located at 1311-1315 Hildreth Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43203 be declared a public nuisance, an Injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or title fail to abate the nuisance, then plaintiff may abate the nuisance, that the defendants be made jointly and severally liable for the costs to plaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be appointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitable and other relief as the Court determines Plaintiff to be entitled. Defendants are further notified that a Status Conference has been scheduled for May 7, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the Franklin County Municipal Court, Environmental Division, Courtroom 15A, 375 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43215. Defendants are further notified to answer said complaint within 28 days after the last day of publication.
