Nuisance Abatement Municipat Court Franktin County, Ohio Case No. 2024EVH 60205 City of Cotumbus, Ohio, Ptaintiff vs. Shirtey A Leezer, et at., Defendants Chris Leezer, Metody Carpenter, Mike Woodyard, John Woodyard, Shirtey A Leezer, Unknown Spouse of Shirtey A Leezer, whose tast known addresses is 5990 Ambteside Dr Cotumbus, OH 43229 and Brian Leezer, whose tast known address is 2445 Cotumbus Lancaster Rd NW Lot 429 Lancaster, OH 43130, but whose current addresses are unknown, are hereby notiflect that a comptaint was fited ln the Franktin County Municipat Court, 375 S. High St., Cotumbus, OH 43215 atleging that Shirtey A Leezer are the owners of the premises known as 5990 Ambteside Dr Columbus, OH 43229, parcet number 010-133806; that said premises is a pubtic nuisance;wherefore Ptaintiff demands that the premises tocated at 5990 Ambteside Dr Columbus, oH 49229 be dectared a pubtic nuisance, an injunction, that if the defendants and any successors in interest or titte fait to abate the nuisance, then ptaintiff may abate the nuisance, thst the defendants be made jointty and severatty tiabto for the costs to ptaintiff for abating the nuisance, a receiver be sppointed, costs, attorney fees, and such further equitabte and other retief as the Court determines Ptaintiff to be entitted.
