DEER PARK-SILVERTON FIRE DISTRICT LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Deer Park-Silverton Joint Fire District intends to sell unneeded, obsolete or unfit district personal property by internet auction during 2026 as adopted by Resolution 2026-02. Auction sales shall be conducted in accordance with ORC 505.10(D) utilizing GovDeals.com internet auction services. Bidding shall remain open for not less than 10 days, terms of payment will be collected through GovDeals by PayPal, credit card or wire transfer. Payment in full must be received before the date of delivery to the successful bidder. The successful bidder shall be solely responsible for all acts and expenses associated with the delivery of such items so purchased.
