Ida Rupp Public Library seeks qualifications for design firms for upcoming projects.

REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ): ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING
The Ida Rupp Public Library (Library) is issuing a Request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 153.65- .73 inclusive to pre-qualify a variety of professional design firms for future roofing, window replacement and parking lot replacement projects. Professional design services mean services within the scope of practice of an architect registered under Chapter 4703 of the Ohio Revised Code. As required, the firm's qualifications statements will be evaluated based on the factors listed in the Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.65. Your Statement of Qualifications must address the items detailed in the “Request for Statement of Qualifications” dated April 2026 to be considered. Firms can view the “Request for Statement of Qualifications”, April 2026 at www.idarupp.org/rfq It is the design firm's responsibility to keep their qualifications current by providing an updated SOQ annually if it is necessary. Deadline to submit is 4:00 pm, May 5, 2026.
