NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is accepting statements of qualification from qualified businesses to provide Design and Development Services (RFQ# 26-017). Submissions will be received through COTA's eProcurement Management System at https://procurement.opengov. com/portal/cota until 2:00 p.m. on May 7, 2026. Prospective vendors are encouraged to visit the website to access the solicitation documents, review the scope of work, and register to receive notifications for future procurement opportunities.
