PUBLIC BID ADVERTISEMENT(ELECTRONIC BIDDING)Electronic bids will be due through the Lucas County bidding system at: https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/36500/home by 10:00 am localtime on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 and opened immediately thereafter for the performance on all labor, in compliance with section 4115.03 through4115.14 of the Ohio Revised Code, and the furnishing of all materials, tools, and machinery in accordance with the plans and specifications for theNachtrab Ditch & Taylor Ditch Two Stage Ditch Restoration.To submit a bid, plans and specifications are to be downloaded from the Lucas County bidding system link provided. Registration through thebidding service is required.All bidders must be prequalified, per the Board of Lucas County Commissioner's Responsible Contractor Policy, as responsible before any workmay be assigned or awarded.
