Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the Speculative Manufacture Building Development Project will be received by the Athens County Port Authority at their office at 1 Armory St, Athens, Ohio, 45701 until 1:00 p.m. (EDT), March 25, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following:

Concrete floor addition, restroom build out, and installation of dock levelers for a 60,000 square foot manufacturing building with the necessary appertaining work.
