LEGAL NOTICE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Proposals for the rebuilding of the Le-Ax Pressure Filter Rebuild Project will be received by the Le-Ax Water District Board of Directors, 6000 Industrial Drive, Athens, Ohio, 45701, until 10:00 AM, April 21st, 2026, and at that time and place be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids will be considered valid until 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected.

The qualified Bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, aggregate, media, equipment, etc. to safely rebuild Tonka pressure filter 2 and Tonka pressure filter 4 back to original condition. Work under this contract shall include surface prep for interior and exterior surfaces, painting of all surfaces, replacement of all filter media and aggregate, installation of new nozzles and air scour system, any necessary hardware, welds, and repairs to complete the rebuilding of each Tonka pressure filter.
