LEGAL NOTICE The Jefferson Township Trustees will be accepting bids for Tar & Chip of their roads. Please bid on a per mile basis as specified: Road width 18 ft. average. The per mile bid should contain the option of 43/100 gallons MWS 90 per sq. yard applied, 25 lbs. of ODOT #8 gravel per sq. yard applied or the option of 25 lbs. of ODOT #8 limestone applied. This material to be delivered, applied, and rolled in Jefferson Township, Richland County. Work to be completed by August 31, 2026. All bids need proof of worker's compensation, insurance, ODOT Certificate and delinquent tax affidavit. A 5% Bid Bond or certified check shall accompany all bids. All bidders will comply with Auditor, State of Ohio, guidelines prior to awarding of bids. Bids shall be sealed and outside of envelope clearly marked “Tar & Chip Bid”. Bids will be opened at 7:00 p.m., May 11, 2026 at the Jefferson Township Offices, 115 Main Street, Bellville, Ohio 44813. Mail to: Jefferson Township Trustees, c/o Adrianne Edwards, P.O.
