LEGAL NOTICE The Jefferson Township Trustees will be accepting bids for Road Department use, the following materials: 1. #404 Grade Asphalt. Bids shall be for 800 tons, more or less F.O.B. the bidder's plant. A 5% Bid Bond or certified check shall accompany all bids. All bidders will comply with Auditor, State of Ohio, guidelines prior to awarding of bids. Bids shall be sealed and outside of envelope clearly marked “Asphalt Bid”. Bids will be opened at 7:00 p.m., May 11, 2026 at the Jefferson Township Offices, 115 Main Street, Bellville, Ohio 44813. Mail to: Jefferson Township Trustees, c/o Adrianne Edwards, P.O.
