Contractors must purchase the bid documents at their own expense for a document fee of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) payable to Northeast Blueprint for hard copies and pdf files plus shipping costs or Thirty Dollars ($30.00) payable to Northeast Blueprint for electronic download only.
