LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS Electronic bids will be received by the Ohio Department of Natural Resource's Division of Mineral Resources Management (ODNR-DMRM) through Bid Express: www.infotechinc.com/bidexpress until 05/19/2026 1:30 PM and opened thereafter for furnishing the materials and performing the labor for the execution and construction of: PROJECT NAME: UPC South 2026 PROJECT NUMBER: UPSO26 in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the ODNR-DMRM, COLUMBUS, OHIO. BIDS WILL BE OPENED ONLINE. The construction completion date for this project is 06/30/2027. THE ESTIMATE FOR THIS PROJECT AS DETERMINED BY THE DIVISION OF MINERAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IS $184,000.00. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on 05/05/2026 10:00 AM, at the project site.
