NOTICE TO BIDDERS ONLINE PROPOSALS for Glass City Metropark Mini Maumee Water Play Underground Vault Equipment Replacement, City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio will be received until Friday, March 13, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., local time, at which time all bids will be publicly opened / shared through the PlanetBids website. THE SCOPE OF WORK consists of selective demolition of the existing water damaged mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and the furnishing and installation of in-kind replacements to re-establish functionality of the Mini Maumee water feature and supporting systems within the underground vault. Two mandatory pre-bid on-site meetings will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2026 and Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Prospective bidders need only to attend one of the two scheduled meetings. The intent of this site visit is to review the project location and tour the construction area(s).
