NOTICE TO BIDDERS ONLINE PROPOSALS for BOATING DEVELOPMENT PLANNING AND WATERFRONT ACTIVATION DOWNTOWN TOLEDO RIVERFRONT AND THE GLASS CITY RIVERWALK will be received until Friday, March 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time, at which time all bids will be publically opened / shared through the PlanetBids website. THE SCOPE OF WORK consists of proposals to explore opportunities to enhance, operate, or develop boating-related services and infrastructure along Toledo's downtown waterfront and Maumee River along the Glass City Riverwalk.
